Obaseki hangouts in Lagos at twilight of regime

The outgoing Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has been hosted by friends at Habour Point Lagos sauntering with entrancing attraction.

A photograph where the Governor was seen hanging out with his friends, hit the social Media space after Senator Monday Okpebholo, raised the alarm over his whereabouts, 24 hours to the end of his tenure.

After naysayers and trolls online, questioned if Obaseki has gone awol, a top member of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), accused Okpebholo of “endorsing lies and manufactured stories”, in apparent response to a statement issued by Prince Kassim Afegbua, Sunday November 10.

“Happening Now…Governor Obaseki been hosted by friends at Habour Point Lagos.

“Governance is not a joke. Maybe if mandate was earned, he would have been more retrospect”, State Executive Council member who served in the government said.

TheNewspad reports that Obaseki and Okpebholo along with their supporters had engage in dog fight, ahead of the incoming administration’s inauguration, which Obaseki claim will gulp N5 billion, amid denial.
