DHQ — The Defence Headquarters says three military officers and 22 soldiers were killed in the joint military evacuation mission in Niger State where Nigerian Air Force (NAF) helicopter crashed.
On Monday August 14, 2023, the Nigerian Air Force MI-171 helicopter on a casualties in Shiroro Local government Area of the State.
Major-General Edward Buba, Director Defence Media Operations said this on Thursday, after terrorists ambushed troops in the Zungeru Area of the State.
Channels Television said Major-General Buba, gave a breakdown of casualties in the ambush of troops in Niger State and an evacuation helicopter crash.
