Troops smash two insurgents in gun battle

Troops of 6 Brigade Nigerian Army on Thursday, smashed two insurgents in Bali Local Government Area of Taraba State.

The Army said via Facebook post on Friday March 15, 2024 said the extremists were neutralized in a fierce confrontation.

The statement said two AK-47 Rifles, four AK-47 Magazines, and 56 rounds of 7.62 MM Special Ammunition were recovered by the troops.

The statement assured residents that the troops of 6 Brigade remain steadfast in their commitment to rooting out all criminal elements from the State.
