He, was earlier accused of negligence that caused the death of a patient by his family who violently assaulted on his way home after he closed from work by family of a sick patient.
One account said the young medical doctor has reportedly died months after the attack that was allegedly carried out by patient relatives, while Dr Romani outside the hospital premises on his way home after work.
Trouble started when the patient’s health had worsened while on admission, leading the family to suspect negligence or inadequate care.

As emotions escalated—possibly worsened by fears that the patient might not survive—the situation spiraled out of control. Some unconfirmed accounts even claim the patient may have died, further fueling the anger of the relatives, reports say.
Reports explained that in the atmosphere of grief, frustration, and suspicion, the family members allegedly confronted Dr. Samson outside the hospital gate shortly after he had finished his shift and was heading home.
During the attack, the doctor reportedly sustained severe injuries, particularly to his face and abdomen.
But he survived the immediate aftermath, the doctor allegedly struggled with complications from the injuries in the months that followed.
Earlier this week, according to a colleague who spoke on condition of anonymity, Dr Romani, attended a meeting with other medical staff, but excused himself after suddenly feeling unwell.
While making his way to the doctors’ quarters to rest, he collapsed.
He was immediately rushed to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where doctors made efforts to stabilize him. Despite their attempts to save his life, he later passed away, according to hospital sources.
