‘X is the secret of who he is, as he has the ‘X’ factor, which is about bringing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives such as never seen before in Oredo Local Government Council.
‘Y’ is his determination to redirect our Oredo youths through programmes of empowerment and mentorship of our young men and women.
Osaghae whose heart is indeed close to his chest, has also observed that most of our youths derail and feel hopeless because of lack of capacity and empowerment. Worst still, there is a missing gap.
