Bloodbath as thugs disrupt Kwankwaso rally in Kano

Presidential Candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) for Saturday February 25, 2023, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has escaped lynching by suspected thugs some yet-to-be identified thugs.

This comes badly 24 hours after Presidential Candidates signed a peace accord, to eschew violence and accept the outcome of the elections which is being conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Daily Trust said some of his supporters who converged on Na’ibawa-Zaria road in Kano State, were reportedly attacked, while over 10 vehicles attached were burnt by hoodlums on Thursday afternoon.

Reports from the area revealed Kwankwaso supporters were on their way to Kwanar Dangora on the outskirts of Kano City to receive Kwankwaso, on Thursday when violent broke out.

TheNewspad reports that thugs who laid siege on the road, ahead of the presidential campaign rally.

The latest attack is not the first time the two term former Governor of the State is being attack in Kano State under the watch of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
