Tinubu appoints APC aspirant in Ighodalo’s LG

All Progressives Congress (APC) Aspirant in 2024 governorship election, Mr. Victor Eboigbe has been appointed by President Bola Tinubu as a federal Commissioner of the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC.

He, hails from Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State, which is Candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Candidate in the forthcoming September 21st poll, Mr Asue Ighodalo Local Government of Origin.

Mr Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity said Mr Eboigbe was appointed alongside 20 other federal Commissioners of RMAFC late Tuesday.

In a statement, Ngelale listed other federal Commissioners of the Commission to include,
Mrs. Linda Nkechi Oti (Abia), Mr. Akpan Imo Effiong (Akwa Ibom), Mr. Enefe Ekene (Anambra),
Professor Steve Ugba (Benue), Chief Eyonsa (Cross-River) and Aruviere Egharhevwe (Delta) States.

Also appointed are: Nduka Henry Awuregu (Ebonyi), Honourable Wumi Ogunlola (Ekiti), Honourable Ozo Obumreme Obodougo (Enugu), Alhaji Kabir Ibrahim Mashi (Katsina), Honourable Adamu Fanda (Kano) and Dr. Kunle Wright (Lagos) States.

Mr. Aliyu Almakura Abdulkadir (Nasarawa),
Mr. Bako Shetima (Niger), Mr. Samuel Durojaye (Ogun), Mr. Nathaniel Adejutelegan (Ondo), Honourable Saad Bello Ibrahim (Plateau), Mr. Modu-Aji Juluri (Yobe) and Alhaji Bello Rabiu Garba (Zamfara) also made the list.

Similarly, Mr. Mohammed Kabeer Usman (Gombe), were not exempted in the appointments, which are all subject to confirmation by the Senate, according to the Presidential Aide to President Tinubu.

The statement stated that the President expects the new federal Commissioners to demonstrate absolute fidelity to the nation in the discharge of their duties.
