British boxer Tyson Fury announces retirement

Tyson Fury, British heavyweight boxer has announced his retirement from the sport. This marks end of an era of officially hanging up his gloves.

The former world champion made the announcement in a video posted on his Instagram, barely three years after had previously announced his retirement after his victory over popular boxer, Dillian Whyte.

The 36-year-old boxer said, “I would like to announce my retirement from boxing. It’s been a blast, amid uncertainty.

“I’ve loved every single minute of it and I’m going to end with this”, according to him.

Sky Sports News reported that Wembley Stadium had been reserved for a potential Fury fight against Anthony Joshua this summer, few days ago.

Fury, ate a humble pie with his surprise return to the ring after his earlier declaration of retirement in the same year, 2022.

His latest announcement, according to Torizone,
comes amid ongoing speculation about his future in boxing.

The move followed his rematch loss to reigning heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk in last December.
