Spiritual leader of Saint Joseph’s chosen church is dead

The Spiritual Leader of Saint Joseph’s chosen church, worldwide,
Snr. Apostle Wilfred Uyiekoen Omoregie is dead.

SNR. APOSTLE WILFRED UYIEKOEN OMOREGIE

He succeeded the former leader of the church, Apostle Hayford Ikponmwosa Alile and pioneer Director-General of Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) who transited to higher glory on September 4, 2018.

The church leader who has been down with stroke since he ascended the exalted position over four years ago, died in his sleep in the early hours of Tuesday.

The Cleric who is Duke in one of the Villages in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the State, died in his residence.

Two elders at the international headquarters of the church which was founded 76 years ago, in Ogiamien street, off Sokponba road in Benin City, confirmed the incident to TheNewspad.com

The elders hinted that the late Apostle Omoregie, could not attend the church service last Sunday, raising fear about his deteriorating health condition.

Official announcement on the Octogenarian’s death by the church hierarchy, is being awaited.
