Benin tradition weighs heavily at St. Joseph church leader’s funeral

The burial arrangement to send the Spiritual Leader of Saint Joseph’s chosen church, worldwide, Snr. Apostle Wilfred Uyiekpen Omoregie to a higher glory, has begun.

Omoregie, the Enogie (Duke) of Evbuolekpen Village in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the State, lost his life battle in February 2023 after a prolonged battle with undisclosed ailment.

The burial rites of the Octogenarian, which will be done in accordance with Benin Customs and Tradition. This would be preceded by Service of songs on 17th April 2023 at the international headquarters of the church in Ogiamien street, off Sokponba Road in Benin City, Edo State.
