Operatives of the Nigeria police Command in Ogun State have declared a male sexual offender identified only as Kola wanted following allegation of sexual molestation involving a teenage boy.
The Commsioner of police in the State, CP CP Bode Ojajuni ordered the manhunt after the 17-year-old boy, was accompanied by his parents Adigbe Police Division on 8 September 2026 at about 1700hrs to report the incident.
He told the police that the fugitive
sexually assaulted him on three occasions in January 2026 and threatened him into silence, the command’s spokesman, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi disclosed this in a statement.
Following the report, he was taken to a hospital within Adigbe axis for medical examination, while detectives commenced investigation.
The Command stressed that the incident only came to Police attention upon the report made on 8 September 2026.
The statement also said “Kola is presently at large, and CP Bode Ojajuni has directed detectives to intensify efforts to locate and arrest him on sight”.
The statement further assured the public that the allegation is receiving urgent, professional and sensitive investigation, while reiterating its commitment to protecting children and vulnerable persons.
