A mobile phone repairer identified only as Felix has been confirmed dead, following an alleged sexual encounter with a woman at a popular Brothel in Yenogoa, Bayelsa State.
Police operatives stormed the Guest House located on Azikoro Road in the Ekeki area of Yenagoa, where the corpse of the 40-year-old man was evacuated, Wednesday.
The deceased, according to report, was reportedly discovered naked in a room at the Brothel in the early hours of Wednesday after a cleaner raised the alarm.
Three persons were reportedly taken into police custody in connection with the incident, including the guest house owner and the cleaner.
After profiling the arrested suspects, police authorities released the deceased’s brother, Dennis who was in possession of his mobile phone.
This was after Dennis informed police authority that the device had been handed to him by a phone charging operator when efforts to locate his brother failed.
The incident, according to report, drew sympathisers to the Seriake Dickson Shopping Complex, where the deceased worked as a mobile phone repairer.
Sachets of alcohol and other items were found in the room where the victim’s body was evacuated to an undisclosed morgue ahead of autopsy.
