Obaseki Adviser on Performance, Project Monitoring resigns

Sarah Ajose-Adeogun, the Special Adviser on Strategy, Performance and Project Monitoring to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, has resigned from her position, amid bullying claims of conquest.

Ajose-Adeogun who announced her resignation in a Facebook page on Friday wrote: “l came, l saw and l conquered”, was a former Senior Manager with the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC).

Her resignation came few months after former Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to Obaseki, Andrew Okungbowa’s resignation, which was downplayed by the Media.

Governor Obaseki who is due to complete his second term in office on November 12, 2024, had informed ambitious appointees not that they were call to serve, not for self-aggrandisement.
