Jonathan urges Nigerians to vote after casting ballot

Former president, Dr Goodluck Jonathan has cast his ballot in Saturday February 25, presidential and National elections.

Jonathan cast his vote in company of his wife, Dame, after using his Biometric Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) at Unit 39, Ward 13 in Otuoke, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

The former president urged Nigerians to exercise their civic duties.

He wrote: “In company of my wife Dame Patience Jonathan and my mother Mrs Eunice Afeni Jonathan, I cast my ballot this morning at Unit 39, Ward 13 in Otuoke, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa at today’s Presidential and National Assembly Election.

“I encourage all Nigerians to exercise their civic duties peacefully and put the interest of our nation first in their conduct .
