Tompolo’s led Tinubu’s re-election billboards surface amid obsession

Prominent Nigeria Delta leader and Tantita Security boss, High Chief Government Ekpemukpolo aka Tompolo’s Billboards, promoting President Bola Tinubu re-election in the North Central Zone, ahead of of the 2027 general elections.

The presence of the billboards, erected prominently in parts of the North Central zone, including Lokoja, the Kogi State Capital, point to the direction the pendulum is swinging and where Tompolo’s preference lies.

Tinubu has not yet made any official announcement about running for a second term, but Tompolo, a staunch Tinubu supporter, had right from the onset of All Progressives Congress (APC) led administration, thrown support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his government.

In galvanizing support for Tinubu’s second term in office, Tompolo has characteristically come out openly towards making it a reality.

Other prominent Nigerians in support of Tinubu’s second term agenda include the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, the senator representing Edo North and former governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Chief Nyesom Wike and a host of state governors from across the six geo-political zones of the County.

The Gbaramatu High Chief and Tantita Security boss, has however gone beyond shoring up support for the Tinubu-led administration, in the Niger Delta and the South-South region.

The region parades notable political figures, including traditionally Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) figures, who have now defected to the ruling APC, are all with one voice, rooting for President Tinubu’s second term in office..

Tompolo has carried the campaign to the 36 states and Abuja, with his ‘PBAT DOOR-2-DOOR MOVEMENT 2007’ colourful billboards in prominent locations across State Capitals.

One of such billboards at the Zone 8 Roundabout, in the Kogi State capital, Lokoja, North Central Nigeria, has drawn wide acclaim and commendation of residents, many of who may not have known much about Tompolo.

A residents, Abel Adukwu said, “Not that I have not heard that name (Tompolo) before, but since about two weeks ago, I know better who the he is I am in support of what he is doing.

“President Tinubu has tried, we get our full salary now in Kogi, at the end of every month or even before. I cannot remember when last that happened, until this present government. Our governor too, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo has not disappointed us.”

TheNewspad findings reveal that the PBAT DOOR-2-DOOR MOVEMENT 2027, is not confined to Kogi, but can be found in other States in the North Central region, including Kwara, Kaduna, Nasarawa States, prompting obsessed Nigerians to react on social media.
