Omo N’ Oba N’ Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare II, CFR, Oba of Benin has appreciated public homage and expression of support by Nigerians during his 9th Coronation anniversary celebration in October.
Secretary, Benin Traditional Council on Tuesday said in a statement that Oba Ewuare II also thanked prominent Nigerian leaders, including President Bola Tinubu, National, Edo State governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo and the State House of Assembly, members of Benin Royal family and Chiefs of different classification and other Palace functionaries for their stewardship during the historic celebration.
Oba Ewuare II also acknowledged the support of private sector, Traditional rulers, men and women of political divide and others too numerous to mention, who supported, and contributed to the successful celebration.
