The Onojie of Ujiogba Kingdom in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State, His Royal Highness, Solomon Ojeaga Izuware 1, has invoked curses on some illicit drug dealers, including ‘kolos and Ice dealers’ in the Kingdom.

‘Colos and Ice’ — are mixture of strains of Cana: Colos, Loud and opioids — soaked in raw alcoholic drinks that are illegally sold in various sizes in different joints.

The initiative was in response to the surge in cases of mental illness, according to the traditional ruler.

TheNewspad reports that there was however a dramatic turn of events when Izuware 1 said in the video that smokers of cannabis sativa better known as hemp and their collaborators will not be affected by the curse.

Izuware 1, who spoke in Esan language in the now viral video, struck a gong repeatedly in addition to other items met for the ritual, which was jointly supported by members of his kindred.

In the rage, the traditional ruler, made propitiation, poured libations on the ground and summoned ancestral spirits to bear witness during the ritual.

He said, “The traditional god of iron. We have come because there is trouble in our ancestral land. But, it will not affect our Children. All those things that they are selling, we didn’t say that they should not sell ‘Morocco’ — hemp, but Ice and Colos that make our Children insane”.

“Anyone that brings them to this Ujogba, the god of iron will destroy and disgrace them. All those evil doers, the sum and the moon will smite them.

“If such a person steps on this land, the land will swallow him. The land will become uncomfortable for them”, according to the traditional ruler that has instantly become internet sensation.

Decked in a floating while traditional regalia, Izuware 1, asserted that ‘Colos’ and ‘Ice’ dealers, their collaborators, agents or privies, and sponsors behind illicit drug use and trafficking in the area are doomed.
