Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have reportedly kidnapped Chief Balogun lamidi from Ikakumo Clan in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State.
The prominent Chief, according to sources was taken into captivity 5.30p.m along Ayanran Ikakumo road on Tuesday August 19.
A resident who Kola Sam Agidiomo in a post on Facebook, lamented the ordeal of the hostage family, stating that: “up till now, the kidnappers are yet to contact any of the family members”.
Spokesman of the Nigeria Police Command, SP Moses Yamu could not be reached for comments at the time of filing this report by TheNewspad.
