Edo man in tears over stolen 30 chickens

A farmer has lost 30 chickens in his poultry farm Igarra, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State, ahead of the yuletide season.

He suffered the loss after buglers broke into his farm on Wednesday night and stole the matured poultry birds, leaving a handful of chicken behind.

In a Meta, formerly known as Facebook user reported the incident which he said has kept the unarmed owner of the local farm in fear.

The user known as Akokoedotv wrote: “Last night in Igarra, Thieves made away with 30 fully grown chickens at a poultry, leaving the owner in fear & loss”.

TheNewspad investigation revealed that the depressed poultry farmer had concluded plans to make a fortune from his
lost investment.
