The Governor-elect, has announced the appointment of Mr. Fred Itua as his Chief Press Secretary, prior to his inauguration on Tuesday November 12th 2024.
A statement personally signed by Okpebholo described Itua as a distinguished journalist with a wealth of experience having previously served as the Assistant Political Editor at The Sun newspaper.
The statement said the first appointment reinforces Senator Okpebholo’s commitment to fostering transparency and effective communication within his administration, ensuring that the voices and needs of the citizens are prioritized.
