‘ We’re renewing Nigerians hope’ — Oluremi Tinubu

Nigeria’s First Lady, Mrs Oluremi Tinubu has pleaded with Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu administration is renewing Nigerians hope before the end of the administration in 2027.

She said this while reacting to concerns raised by the Dein of Agbor, His Royal Majesty Benjamin Ikenchuku Keagborekuzi the First during the renewed hope project on birth registration at scale in Nigeria on Thursday at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Mrs Tinubu also said there are challenges, but, the government has taken measures in addressing youth unemployment through agriculture and alternative adult education for women project being by Universal Basic Education scheme.

The First Lady said, “I just want to quickly respond to the Dein of Agbor and another Speaker. Two important things are close to my heart. They talked about Youths and Education of girl child”

“As a lifelong teacher, I know some of us parents, we have failed in that aspect. But, hope is not lost. And that is why the renewed hope initiative — Agenda of Mr President really hold sway in the sense that people have to renew our hopes”, Mrs Tinubu said.

“What we are not doing something that has not been done before”, According to her, “it’s one step at a time. I think we just have to renew the hope of our people. And by the grace of God before the end of the first term of Mr President is over, Nigeria will be yielding good fruits”.
