Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has tasked the President-elect, Bola Tinubu and successive governments to sustain his legacy, particularly his anti corruption war.

He said this when he received
Danladi Umar-led management of the Code of Conduct Tribunal led by its Chairman on Thursday at the state house in Abuja.

“It is our hope that the foundation which has been laid by this administration will be carried forward and continued, as the issue of corruption remains an existential threat to all nations”, Buhari said.

While acknowledging the efforts made by the Code of Conduct Tribunal headed by its Chairman, Danladi Umar and other similar agencies, despite the stiff economic and revenue shortages, President Buhari, stated that corruption has remained an existential threat to nations.
