<strong>Supreme court stops old naira notes deadline implementation</strong>

The Supreme court has restrained the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) from enforcing the February 10 deadline for the use of N200, N500 and N1000 old Naira notes.

A seven-member panel led by Justice John Okoro gave the ruling
on an exparte application brought by three northern states of Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara on Wednesday.
