Engr Abdullahi A. Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State, has loss his son, Hassan Sule.

He died in the early hours of Friday, after a prolonged battle with undisclosed ailment, Matthew Kuju, the Publisher of Eggonnews.

Hassan had underwent aggressive treatment in a desperate bid to again fight off the ailment before tragedy struck.

In his condolence message addressed to the Governor partly read, “No doubt, it is very painful when a father has to bury a son, but only Allah can explain such happenings.

“We pray May Allah raise him among the righteous and grant him aljannah Firdausi, and may Allah grant the family the fortitude to bear this painful demise”, Kuju said in his tribute to Governor Sule.

Hassan who got married last year, was 36-year-old, according to Ibrahim Adra, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Sule, died in Lafia, the State Capital.

Firdaus prayer, will be conducted for the deceased on Friday in accordance with the Islamic rite.

Meanwhile, Nigerians have started sending tributes to Nassarawa State government and the Governor over the incident occurred.
