Ifeanyi Ejiofor, IPOB’s lead Counsel gave the update after a visit to Kanu at the headquarters of the department of State Services (DSS) on Monday Abuja.

The move according to him was in response to the pending actions on the appeal filed by the federal government at the Supreme court against the court of appeal judgement, which discharged Kanu.

Ejiofor said in a statement that “Now, we have filed Application to dismiss the Appeal, the federal government will have no other availing strategy to rely on.
