Outrage as Tinubu chants ‘jobless youths’ at APC mega rally in Osun


Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 general elections, Bola Tinubu has unleashed a diatribe against some youths’ at his party’s campaign rally, ahead of July 16 governorship election in Osun State.

The Lagos State former governor reportedly lost his cool, and chanted ‘jobless youths’ who heckled him while making his remarks on Tuesday at Osogbo, Osun State Capital.

Tinubu who spoke on stage, asked what about APC “I want to see the broom revolution here now!”.

He flew into a rage after a youth held another microphone and repeatedly chanted slowly “broom?, broom?, broom?” as Tinubu replied slowly, “jobless youths!”, amidst mounting criticism and laughter by party leaders who goggled at him over his comments.

The Presidential Candidate, however called on party faithful to be vigilant, saying, “The voting is now in your hand. Be very vigilant. Be watchful. You will not do it in vain”.

He berated the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) for bringing underdevelopment to Nigeria.

He also urged supporters of Labour Party (LP) to be wary of the party not to labour in vain in future elections.

On his part, Gboyega Oyetola APC governorship Candidate and governor of the State, appealed to reelect him to enable him consolidate on his achievements in the State.
