Nigerian Professionals for Abubakar Atiku, have advanced reasons why the Presidential aspirant of Peoples Democratic party (PDP) should be elected as President in 2023 general elections.

A press statement issued by the National Coordinator of the group, Dr Folus Ejele on Thursday in Benin City, said, Atiku’s pledge to devolve more powers and resources to the federation units in Nigeria if elected as President, is not a mere rhetoric within the context of the frustration and economic hardship in the nation, but a pledge to Nigerians with unawakened determination.

Ajele who assured that as the most detribalized Nigerian among other Presidential aspirants across the political parties, said the former Vice President will not run roughshod on Nigerians yearning for purposeful leadership, but revive Nigeria’s educational system from its present state-of-decadence and bring back her lost glory.

The Coordinator of pressure group, stated that based on his reputation, but will bring his economic prowess with sound business principles and strategies to bear and upturn the economic woes currently ravaging our nation.

Ejele also assured that if Atiku is elected as the Presidential Candidate of PDP forthcoming primary and general elections, he will provide an enabling environment for businesses to thrive which will create opportunities for individuals with sound business ideas and concepts to grow and expand.

Part of the statement read, “Atiku Abubakar being a certified leadership expert will devolve more powers and resources to the federation units and ensure there is enough resources for the even development of all areas of government.

“He has a detailed plan on how to rescue Nigeria from the hands of corrupt leaders who have mortgaged the future of her young and the ones yet unborn”.

According to him, “having previously coordinated Nigeria’s economy in the past will operate a liberal economy that allows small businesses to grow through lower taxes for small businesses and low-income earners, Atiku Abubakar will provide an enabling environment for businesses to thrive which will create opportunities for individuals with sound business ideas and concepts to grow and expand”.
