A human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore says he will declare for 2023 Presidential race next week.

The former Presidential Candidate of African Action Congress announced this via Facebook page on Sunday.

The Convener of #Revolution Now# protest wrote: “Sowore to make Presidential declaration next week! The reason they are very afraid.

“No force on earth can stop an idea whose time has come” – Victor Hugo”, the activist turned politician said.

Recall that Sowore cum journalist, was arrested and detained in August 2019 for planning a nationwide protest against Nigerian government.

He was arraigned for alleged treason, which he pleaded not guilty to before he was granted bail in November 2019, but part of the conditions confine him to Abuja.
