Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has assigned portfolios to 19 Commissioners into the ministries.

The appointees were recently appointed and screened by the State House of Assembly and sworn in by the Governor.

One of the Commissioners, Mr. Okojie Nosawe Newton was handed the ministry of roads and bridges, according to a letter conveying the deployment of the Commissioners to their respective ministries.

The ministry was created by the Obaseki administration.
