Justice Justice Binta Nyako of the federal High court, Abuja on Thursday ordered the Department of State Services (DSS) to allow Nnamdi Kanu change his cloths in custody.
Kanu, the leader of the proscribed IPOB, is facing charges bordering on alleged terrorism and treasonable felony.
The trial judge who handed down the ruling, also ordered the secret police to allow him have maximum possible comfort, practice his faith while in their custody.
This was in addition to the hearing of the case forward by a day (January 18, 2022) by the court from the initial date of (January 19) for a hearing of pending applications which include the jurisdiction of the court and competence of the charge.
