A block of six Classrooms in Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research, NIFOR Secondary school in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State, has been earmarked for reconstruction.
The project was facilitated by the House of Representatives member representing Ovia Federal Constituency, Hon. Dennis Idahosa who undertook a tour of the decayed infrastructure in the public school occasioned by neglect by the government, on Thursday.
Accompanied by the project Engineer, the legislator who was elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, assured that “when the structure is completed, our children in NIFOR and environ will again have conducive environment to learn”.
“In line with my educational transformation in Ovia, NIFOR Secondary School is next to receive a brand new block of Six Classrooms.
“Today, I took the site engineer to the school and work is set to commence”, he assured.
In continuation of his tour to Ovia Federal Constituency, Hon. Idahosa visited the ongoing construction of Ultramodern town hall in Usen Community in Ovia South West LGA to inspect the level of job done.
He also assured that when the project that is near completion, is completed, “the hall will be beneficial to all regardless of political affiliation”.
