Recall that Mrs. Agbonifo, the vision bearer of Family Intercessory Ministries celebrated her 50th Birthday anniversary a few years ago before the death of her beloved husband, Pastor Edward Agbonifo in September 2021.

Reverend Omobude, President of New Covenant Bible Church incorporated gave the advice at Sunday church thanksgiving service in honour of the late co-vision bearer of the Pentecostal church in Benin City.

The Guest preacher who spoke on the topic: “Be courageous”, declared that the devil has lost the battle in the life of Evangelist Agbonifo better known as Iyemonhia and her family.

Citing Bible references to buttress his message to the church, Dr. Omobude said, there is no vacuum in God’s work, even in times of tribulations.

According to him, “When Moses died, God announced it, my servant Moses is dead…God instructed Joshua to lead his Children to the land of Canaan…God does not allow a vacuum.

“He (God) knows what to do. He told Joshua be courageous…A situation will come that you do not like. God has used all manners of people. He use men and women. He use old and the young. God even used an exe in the Bible.

“But God did not use a discouraged person. The mountain is not insurmountable…”, Omobude said.

The Clergyman also anointed and prayed for Agbonifo family and blessed the congregation.

He also admonished the eldest son of late Agbonifo to live according to the precept of God and brace up for the challenges ahead of him.

“The devil has lost out. Daughter of God, fresh grace, a fresh oil and anointing come upon you. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, we shake off the dust.

The Clergyman proclaimed further, “We shake off what the enemies thought to be a setback…No mountain can stop you. Your generation will hear your voice. Take the mantle and run with it.

“And to the son of Agbonifo, stand with your mother, as the co-vision bearer. You will not fail…You will go farther than your father and your mother. You are anointed to do God’s work”, Omobude prayed.

Popular gospel singer, Evangelist Naomi Ehigie, thrilled worshippers at the church service with melodious songs.
