Tanzanian President, John Magufuli has died from a cardiac attack, days after the uncertainty over his health and whereabouts.

AFP said the vice president of Tanzanian, Samia Suluhu Hassan, announced Magufuli’s death on state television, Wednesday.

“It is with deep regret that I inform you that today on the 17th of March, 2021 at 6 pm we lost our brave leader, the President of the Republic of Tanzania, John Pombe Magufuli,” said vice-president Samia Suluhu Hassan.

Magufuli had dismissed the Scientific evidence of Coronavirua pandemic.

He died March 17 at a hospital in Dar es Salaam at the age of 61.
