President Muhammadu Buhari has announced plans to address Nigerians on Friday by 7:00 am.

The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, Garba Shehu revered this in a statement on Thursday.

Television, radio, and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to join the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively, for the broadcast, according to the statement.

The president has been out of step with public disgust, amidst rising wave of insecurity, Covid-19 and depressing economy.
