Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has condoled with victims of Wednesday fuel explosion in the State which claimed 25 lives including a family of seven and Children.

Governor Bello in a statement signed by his Chief Press secretary, Onogwu Mohammed, expressed his deepest condolences to the family of those affected in the fatal incident in Felele area of Lokoja, Kogi State Capital.
A family of seven, father, mother and five Children and about 25 corpses have been recovered to the Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, according to dependable sources.
Youths in the area have staged a protest after the driver of the truck allegedly disappeared.

Reports said security operatives have removed the blockade mounted by the youths who lamented the tragedy.
