The Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo says the federal government is thinking of ways to provide succour to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in the Country.

Osinbajo said this in a tweet on Friday night on his verified tweeter handle where he expressed belief that when citizens unite together, Nigeria will prevail.
He said president Muhammadu Buhari has expressed concern that is associated with the lockdown many Nigerians who are daily wage workers.
According to him, the government is also concern about how to make the economy to remain stable, device ways to protect jobs and create jobs where possible.
“Many of our Citizens are daily wage workers and the President has expressed concerns about this. We are not thinking about this. We are now thinking of ways to provide succour for the period they (Nigerians) are unable to work.
“There are many concerns associated with the lockdown. We are concern about how the economy will remain stable, how jobs can be protected and ways to create new jobs where possible.
“We believe that together, Nigeria will prevail”, he said.
