A pipeline explosion that occurred in Isheri Olofin, Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, has set residents in the area in panicky mood.

The inferno whose cause is yet to be ascertained, has forced residents to flee for safety.

Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, LASEMA and the fire service are yet to arrive in the area to put out the fire as at the time of filing this report.
