The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the removal of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, from office as the CJN after pronouncing him guilty of the six-count charge of non declaration of assets.
He has been consequently banned from holding public office for a period of 10 years.
