ABUJA-Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Yakubu Dogara, has said that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was setting a dangerous and evil precedence in the political history of Nigeria under the watch of Professor Mammod Yakubu.

According to Dogara, one of such ways INEC has debased the institution is by declaring elections inconclusive.
