The Public Relations Officer (PRO), DSP Chidi Nwanbuzor, said this few hours to the rescheduled Presidential and National Assembly elections.
He said: “We don’t know of any arrest by the Police, adding that “We only prepare for the Saturday’s elections”,
Nwanbuzor in a telephone interview with our Correspondent, reaction, followed the arrest of one Mr. Edwin Edosomwan by Security agencies in the State.
According to him, “Police are well prepared for the elections together with other sister security agencies”.

The governor’s aid had said Edosomwan was allegedly arrested at Iyekogba Community in Oredo Local Government Area of the State with 2000 Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs).
